Red Ember Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Trade Tested Foundry Moulder to join our clients team. This role involves the preparation (ram-up) and closing of sand moulds, ensuring all work is carried out to the highest quality standards. The successful candidate will bring extensive foundry expertise, physical capability, and a strong commitment to precision and safety.

• Prepare, ram-up, and close sand moulds according to technical drawings and specifications.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience Trade Tested Foundry Moulder (essential). Minimum of 10 years’ post-qualification experience in a jobbing foundry. Proven experience in sand moulding techniques. Strong knowledge of foundry processes, equipment, and best practices. Ability to read, understand, and work from technical drawings. High attention to detail with excellent quality control skills. Physical stamina and strength required for moulding tasks. Effective teamwork and communication skills. Competencies & Attributes Strong work ethic with commitment to quality workmanship.
