Our client in the Hospitality industr y is looking for a restaurant General Manager to join their team in Western Cape, George.
Requirements :
- 35 years as a General Manager in a high-volume restaurant (essential)
- Proven leadership you inspire, delegate, and hold teams accountable
- Tech-savvy : Intermediate MS Excel & Word
- Analytical mindset interpret stats, solve problems, optimize performance
- Detail-obsessed & process-driven
- Cool under pressure stress-tolerant with sharp decision-making
- Excellent communicator with staff, management, vendors & guests
- Self-starter motivated, deadline-driven, multi-tasking ninja
- Integrity & discretion handling finances with full accountability
