About Us
We are a vacation rental management company operating in eight U.S. markets. We are evolving our sales structure so that General Managers own in-person relationships, while our Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) are responsible for driving pipeline creation and appointment setting.
Role Summary
We are seeking a full-time Sales Development Representative to turn homeowner leads into booked meetings for our Market GMs. Your primary goal will be to prospect and engage vacation home owners by calling, following up, and running a disciplined outreach cadence. You will be responsible for setting qualified appointments directly on a GM's calendar, with a goal of 30-40 completed appointments each month. You'll also help maintain our data engine and ensure our CRM is accurate and up to date.

Engage the existing list of 5,000 homeowner leads with a consistent multi-touch cadence.
Consistently book qualified meetings for Market GMs within the same week of outreach.
Help achieve the monthly goal of 30-40 completed appointments.
Keep CRM data clean, accurate, and up to date with outreach results and lead details.
Support marketing initiatives, including newsletters, email campaigns, and social posts.
Key Responsibilities
Research homeowner leads : validate contact information, property details, and property links (e.g., Airbnb / VRBO).
Run a disciplined outreach cadence : this includes cold calling, following up via email and phone calls, and other channels like SMS messages.
Qualify prospects and set same-week appointments on Market GMs’ calendars.
Maintain CRM hygiene : update contact records, track outreach outcomes, and log notes.
Provide structured feedback from the field to improve scripts, cadences, and conversion rates.
Support marketing campaigns for owners and realtors as needed.
Qualifications
Proven success in an outbound SDR, lead generation, or appointment setting role.
Excellent spoken and written English, with prior experience engaging U.S.-based customers.
Highly organized, disciplined, and able to manage a multi-touch outreach process.
Strong research and data management skills.
Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., Mailchimp) is a plus.
A strong interest in technology and the ability to quickly learn new tools is a plus, as we are rebuilding our tech stack.
Independent, resourceful, and adaptable to seasonal market dynamics.
Success Metrics
Number of qualified appointments booked weekly.
Completion rate of outreach cadences across the 5,000-lead list.
Number of completed GM appointments.
CRM accuracy and data hygiene.
Engagement results from marketing campaigns.
