Senior Business Analyst

Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with the senior Business Analyst to understand business requirements and systematically document, validate, and translate them into functional specifications for the development team.
• Test and validate the technical solution to ensure that it aligns with business requirements and the expected functionality.
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the development team, ensuring clear communication of business and functional needs.
• Ensure that the final implementation meets all business requirements and delivers the expected outcomes.
• Identify and analyze recurring incidents at various sites to determine underlying issues.
• Investigate root causes of incidents and propose permanent solutions to prevent recurrence.
• Conduct feasibility studies on potential long-term solutions for recurring issues.
• Oversee the implementation of proposed solutions, ensuring effective resolution of root causes.
