A leading player in the risk solutions industry is seeking a Senior Business Solutions Analyst to join their team. This is a permanent position where you will play a key role in shaping and implementing tailored risk solutions by collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders to deliver cutting-edge technical capabilities.

Key Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with stakeholders, including business owners, customers, and partners, to elicit and document both functional and non-functional requirements for new solutions.
• Design and facilitate the implementation of the correct business solutions, always keeping the client first.
• Develop and model solutions by creating use cases, activities, and sequence diagrams for the technical team.
• Identify and analyse problems with current solutions, providing innovative recommendations to positively impact the business.
• Create and maintain required repositories, including traceability and attribute matrices, using Enterprise Architect tools.
• Lead scrum ceremonies when a scrum master or product owner is unavailable.
• Provide specialist knowledge and leadership to others while building strong relationships with stakeholders.
