Job descriptionBe part of a brand with global presence and creative innovation Enjoy meaningful work that directly supports quality manufacturing and product launches Gain hands-on experience across import logistics, supplier negotiation, and inventory alignment Thrive in a collaborative, detail-oriented, and energetic team environment Work in a vibrant office close to Cape Towns harbour Coordinate imports from order placement to warehouse delivery Manage shipment tracking, ETAs, and shipping documents (BOLs, COOs, commercial invoices) Liaise with clearing agents, freight forwarders, and suppliers across regions Track payments, resolve supplier queries, and report on shipment status Participate in weekly meetings to ensure operational and financial alignment 2 to 5 years experience in logistics or import coordination (international shipping is essential) Matric and a tertiary qualification in supply chain or logistics (preferred) Strong Excel and logistics system experience (pivot tables, formulas, Odoo or similar) Attention to detail, clear communicator, and confident decision-maker Able to manage pressure, juggle multiple deadlines, and work independently
