You’ll lead recruitment efforts for administrative and executive talent, driving every stage of the hiring process—from developing sourcing strategies to negotiating offers. Building strong networks inside and outside the company is key. Responsibilities :

• Close administrative roles of various levels of complexity, including C-level positions (as a plus).
• Build long-term candidate relationships.
• Assessing candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit and compatibility.
• Full cycle of recruitment (starting with the discussion of the requirements for the candidate’s profile with hiring managers, ending with a job offer).
• Negotiate with candidates and their support at different stages.
• Provide candidates with personalized feedback Manage all stages of the hiring process within SmartRecruiters ATS, maintaining its accuracy and quality.
