Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute end-to-end recruitment processes for various projects..
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract potential candidates.
• Post job advertisements on various platforms and social media.
• Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
• Maintain applicant tracking system and update candidate records.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
• Analyze recruitment metrics and develop strategies for improvement.
