Overview
The Power Automate and Power Apps Developer will primarily be responsible for the developing, implementing, testing and maintaining custom business applications to support integration and automation of processes across MSH.
Responsibilities
Development (70%)
- Identify technology and applications training needs across the organization.
- Learning and understanding the list of Power Automate / Power Apps across the organization
- Maintaining list of Applications across MSH with clear descriptions, owners and access
- Creating documents, guidelines and standards to support ownership, permissions, naming conventions for Power Applications
- Working closely with IT Staff to identify training needs
- Collaborating with MSH departments to understand requirements, design, plan and implement Power Application solutions
- Update and support flows to meet changing requirements
- Keeping all documents up to date
- Answer applicable Helpdesk queries related to Power Apps, Power Automate and SharePoint
Communication & Training (20%)
Provide input for ongoing communications from IT department (Friday Focus, ITS Intranet section. WW Communication emails, and ITS SharePoint site)Provide training to teams on using solutions createdCreate materials to support training and communication on new solutionsOther (10%)
Participate in IS and MSH meetings to provide regular status updates and keep up to date with organization and other group activities.Other duties as assigned.Qualifications
REQUIRED MINIMUM EDUCATION :
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer ScienceREQUIRED MINIMUM EXPERIENCE :
4-6 years of relevant experience3+ years of working on Power Automate, Power Apps and SharePointKNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS :
Experience in Power PlatformsIntermediate knowledge of : Custom connectors, RPA, AI Builder, Solutions, and GatewaysExperience with RESTful web servicesOAuth 2.0 understandingSharePoint Online, Graph API, Automated Deployments, PowerShell, SQLFirm understanding of SharePoint permissions, coding, and techniques.Skilled in SQL queries, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.Create web technology solutions to support Power Automate applications.Support day-to-day operations, troubleshoot and resolve any issues with software.Collaborate with MSH Teams to develop intelligent features and scalable applications.Write technical specifications based on conceptual design and business requirements.Determine, develop, and maintain standards, guidelines and coding standard documentation.Collaborate / communicate efforts and align development efforts with planned roadmaps.Be involved in all stages of the project lifecycle from requirements to design, to development, to testing, and implementation.Ability to demonstrate excellent organization and communication skills to successfully interpret technical processes to non-technical audiences.Provide support for Power application solutions, troubleshooting issues to resolutionFluent in English French is a plusTravel Demands
