This role reports directly to Executive Head : Business and Market Development, in the Hygiene Services Business Unit.Minimum Requirements
Matric / Grade 12 and own vehicle with a valid driver’s licenseAt least 5 years sales management experience in hygiene , Pest Control & Interior Plants industry.Proven track record of sales success in the hygiene & Pest Control industry or a related fieldA high achiever in a target driven environment, who will be able to bring in margins within specific budgets.Must have good planning and organising skillsStrong presentation and interpersonal skillsExperience in performance managementAbility to speak and listen effectivelyAbility to interpret customer needsMust be self starter and team playerFully computer literateAbility to work under pressure and independentlyCommitted and willing to make occasional personal sacrifices to meet deadlinesMaintain a high level of market intelligence and knowledge of competitor activityAbility to work collaboratively with cross-functional teamsDuties & Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the hygiene & Pest Control industry.Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.Drive revenue growth by meeting and exceeding sales targets.Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our hygiene products and Pest Control services.Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve sales goalsSales / Retail / Business Development jobs
