Responsibilities

Oversee the running of the workshop and its technicians and the repair hydraulic equipment and administrative employees.

Book, strip, assess, and repair hydraulic units; assist walk-in customers and liaise with suppliers.

Help with offloading, collections, on-site fixes, and cover for colleagues.

Manage daily tasks, ensure smooth workflow, and resolve issues.

Supervise, train, and support technicians; enforce policies and assist in hiring.

Keep the workshop tidy and inspect lifting equipment regularly.

Report to Sales Manager.

Education

National Senior Certificate – (Non-Negotiable)

Experience

5 years Hydraulic or power tool repair experience essential.

Previous supervising experience essential.

Skills & Knowledge

• Computer literate
• Technically minded
• Fast learner
• Strong Communication skills

Remuneration Package

Basic salary of 20K.

(Phone / data allowance; Company car; Petrol card)
