We help US businesses hire applicants from Latin America and the Philippines, and we have multiple open Executive Assistant positions we need to immediately hire.

Responsibilities :

Schedule appointments and meetings.
Manage communication and correspondence.
Organize files and documents.
Assist with special projects.

Qualifications :

1+ Years as an Executive Assistant or similar position

Fluent English, both verbal and written

Stable internet connection, laptop, and headset

Willing to listen to feedback & improve
