HyperDev is a new developer-focused spin-out within the HyperionDev ecosystem, one of the world’s leading providers of accelerated tech education. Our mission at HyperDev is to help people Write Code Right and 10x their impact by radically improving how developers build, learn, and grow in their work using generative AI.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Growth & Marketing Lead to take charge of HyperDev’s go-to-market growth strategy, combining hands-on execution across paid channels with creative, data-led experimentation.

This is a role for someone who thrives at the intersection of growth hacking, brand strategy, and technical execution. You’ll be responsible for driving user acquisition, activation, and engagement, from early user signups to full-scale adoption.

Working with the founders, you’ll start as an individual contributor who builds and runs HyperDev’s growth engine end-to-end : setting up campaigns, analysing performance data, testing new channels, and experimenting with automation and AI tools to unlock new growth levers. You’ll set the foundations for how HyperDev grows across organic and paid channels, and over time, you’ll help build a small, high-output team around you.

What You’ll Do

  • Growth & Go-To-Market Strategy
  • Develop and execute HyperDev’s go-to-market growth plan, driving user acquisition and product adoption.
  • Identify and test high-impact channels (paid, organic, partnerships, or community-based).
  • Build and optimise the marketing funnel from first touch to activation.
  • Brand Storytelling, PR, and Community Building
  • Translate technical advances into sharp, credible narratives for developers, investors, and media.
  • Support press outreach, founder profiling, and storytelling that builds trust in HyperDev’s vision.
  • Build and grow a developer-led community around HyperDev across Discord, X, Reddit, and other developer spaces, through user-led initiatives such as hackathons, tutorials, and open challenges that showcase what can be built with our tools.
  • Drive long-term, organic discovery by creating content loops across blog, video, and social channels that highlight real user stories, product demos, and industry insight.
  • Performance Marketing
  • Own and manage performance campaigns across Google, Meta, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
  • Continuously analyse and improve CAC, ROAS, and LTV metrics.
  • Experiment with new ad formats, messaging, and creative to scale efficiently.
  • Design and run rapid, data-driven growth experiments across landing pages, onboarding flows, and email automation.
  • Collaborate with the product and design teams to test in-product growth mechanics.
  • Implement A / B and multivariate testing to optimise conversion rates and retention.
  • Analytics & Optimisation
  • Set up dashboards, reports, and attribution systems to measure performance and inform decisions.
  • Utilise tools like GA4, HubSpot, or Mixpanel to track the user journey and gain valuable insights.
  • Turn data into actionable recommendations to improve ROI.

Requirements

Minimum Requirements :

  • 5+ years of experience in performance, growth, or digital marketing, ideally within a SaaS or tech environment.
  • Strong understanding of both paid and organic growth levers.
  • Proven track record running and optimising paid campaigns across major ad platforms.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to inform decisions.
  • Comfort with growth tools and analytics stacks (e.g. GA4, HubSpot, Looker Studio).
  • Hands-on experience designing and executing growth experiments.
  • Self-starter who enjoys taking ownership and working independently.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to work cross-functionally with product and design.
  • Preferred :

  • Prior experience in developer tools, AI, or B2C SaaS marketing.
  • Track record of building organic or community-led growth.
  • Familiarity with automation platforms or technical workflows (basic scripting, APIs).
  • Experience launching new products or scaling startups from zero to one.
  • Knowledge of attribution and conversion tracking setup (Google Tag Manager, event tracking, etc.).
  • Excitement about AI, coding, and developer productivity tools.
