The DNA make-up of our business stems from our core values : Open, Family, and Passion.Job Summary : The SEO Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies that drive website traffic, improve search engine rankings, drive revenue, and manage social media efforts.Responsibilities : Content Optimization : Collaborate with content teams to ensure that website copy, blog posts, and landing pages are optimized for both search engines and user experience, adhering to healthcare industry guidelines.SEO Strategy & Execution : Lead the creation, implementation, and optimization of SEO strategies for healthcare clients.Keyword Research & Analysis : Conduct extensive keyword research to identify opportunities for organic growth.Analytics & Reporting : Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, and Ahrefs.On-Page & Off-Page Optimization : Implement on-page SEO elements and guide link-building efforts.Technical SEO : Work with web developers to ensure optimal website performance.Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) : Improve user engagement, conversions, and patient acquisition.Social Media Management : Oversee social media strategy for healthcare clients.Social Media Optimization : Implement SEO best practices for social media profiles and posts.Market Research : Stay up to date with the latest trends in digital marketing and apply new knowledge to improve our approach.Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, English, or related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing or SEO roles.Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media best practices.Excellent writing and editing skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Proficient in using content management systems and social media management tools.Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and collaboration skills.At ICG Medical, we value innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
