About the Role

Our client a leading international bank based in Malta is seeking an experienced Development Lead to drive the adoption of standards good practices and quality development across its technology landscape.

As Development Lead you will oversee the work delivered by execution partners ensuring alignment to the organisations IT strategy development standards and best practices. This role requires strong technical leadership and a hands‑on approach to guiding development teams and ensuring quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
