Who we are looking for :

We are seeking to appoint an experienced and technically proficient Project Manager to lead complex projects in space payload development, defence technology programmes, and satellite communications.

The role requires someone with drive, ownership, authority and credibility ; a natural leader who can influence stakeholders, motivate and inspire teams, and deliver projects to the required technical and quality standards within the agreed financial parameters.

The Project Manager will manage projects across their full lifecycle, ensuring compliance with customer and industry requirements in the highly regulated space and defence environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of complex projects in space payload and defence systems.
• Be the focal point for project performance, both internally and externally.
• Ensure delivery to scope, schedule, budget and quality requirements.
