About the Role
This is a senior, hands-on recruitment role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage the full recruitment cycle independently. You will work closely with clients and candidates, handle mid-to senior-level placements, and contribute to growing our brand and upholding our reputation for customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for a diverse client portfolio
(job briefing, adverts, sourcing, screening, interviews, placement)
Source high-quality candidates using multiple channels, networks, and toolsBuild strong relationships with clients and understand their talent needsConduct detailed candidate assessments and compile professional profiles for presentation to clientsManage candidate pipelines and ensure excellent communication throughout the processFinalise placements through effective offer managementComplete all administration through our ATSContribute to business development by identifying new opportunitiesMaintain high-quality standards aligned with agency processes and ethicsRequirements
Minimum 26 years full-cycle recruitment experience (agency experience is an advantage)Proven success sourcing and placing roles in FMCG, Manufacturing, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related industries is an advantageStrong interviewing and assessment capabilityExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple vacancies simultaneouslyHigh levels of professionalism, attention to detail, and client serviceProficiency in recruitment platforms, LinkedIn, and ATS toolsWhat We Offer
