• Oversee daily operations across all departments ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction
• Lead and motivate team members fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
• Handle guest inquiries feedback and complaints with professionalism and care
• Manage financial transactions including cash handling billing and daily reports
• Coordinate interdepartmental communication to maintain excellent guest service
• Implement and enforce health safety and security procedures during your shift
• Conduct regular property inspections to maintain quality standards
• Assist in training and developing staff to enhance their skills and performance
• Make critical decisions during emergencies or unexpected situations
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations
