Overview
At GigaBrands, we help e-commerce brands grow faster — powered by data, automation, and a culture of continuous improvement. We\'re now looking for an Operations & Workflow Specialist to join our global team and make our internal engine run smoother than ever. If you\'re someone who loves turning chaos into clarity, building smart systems, and automating what others still do manually — this role is for you.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Brand Managers to implement process improvements and track key KPIs
- Build efficient workflows and dashboards in ClickUp
- Use n8n to automate tasks, connect tools, and streamline operations
- Identify bottlenecks and propose data-driven optimizations
- Support the rollout of new systems and roadmap projects
