Job descriptionYou will develop and execute social media strategies to boost brand awareness, engagement, and customer retention. You will manage and maintain our client’s presence across Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, and LinkedIn. You will plan, schedule, and publish content, ensuring brand consistency across all platforms. You will track, analyze, and interpret performance metrics, adjusting strategies based on trends and audience behavior. You will create engaging multimedia content, including graphics, short-form videos, and written posts, that align with current social trends. You will engage with the online community, responding to comments, messages, and user-generated content. You will collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors, helping to expand reach and visibility. You will develop and oversee social media campaigns, competitions, and collaborations, measuring their success and driving growth. You will work cross-functionally with other teams to align social media efforts with broader marketing goals. Proven experience managing and growing brand social media accounts. A strong understanding of platform algorithms, trends, and engagement strategies. Proficiency in graphic design and video editing tools like Canva, CapCut, and Adobe Suite Excellent copywriting skills, with the ability to craft engaging captions and brand messaging. Strong analytical skills, with experience using social media analytics tools to track performance. The ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Staying ahead of constantly changing social media algorithms Balancing creativity with performance metrics to create engaging yet effective content. - You're a strategic and creative social media expert with a record of growing brand engagement across Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- You have strong content creation skills, from designing eye-catching graphics to editing short-form videos that stop the scroll.
- You thrive on data-driven decision-making, tracking performance metrics and adapting strategies based on audience insights.
- You know how to craft compelling captions and brand messaging that resonates.
- You’re up to date with social media trends, platform algorithms, and engagement tactics,and you’re not afraid to experiment with new formats.
- You can work independently, managing multiple projects while keeping content fresh, creative, and aligned with Beauty Butler’s brand.
