We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Azure Cloud & DevOps Engineer to design, build, and automate our cutting-edge cloud environments. This is a pivotal role that bridges development and operations, focusing on creating scalable, secure, and efficient systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop & Automate : Build and manage our Azure ecosystem using core services like Azure VMs, Blob Storage, Azure Functions, and Azure SQL. You will automate provisioning and deployment using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with Terraform and ARM templates.
• Deploy & Streamline : Implement and manage end-to-end CI / CD pipelines using tools like Azure DevOps, Jenkins, and GitHub Actions to ensure smooth and reliable releases.
• Deliver & Optimize : Take ownership of our platform's reliability and performance. You will monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize infrastructure for security and cost-efficiency, using tools like Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights.

Location & Travel

This is a remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere. However, preference will be given to candidates based in the Western Cape, as the role requires travel to the Garden Route on a monthly basis for key team collaborations and meetings.
