You will work with a small, in-house team in a family-style environment that values accountability and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Monthly Financial Operations : Complete monthly bank reconciliations for multiple entities with a high degree of accuracy.
• Transaction Management : Post all accounts receivable journal entries using Manage America software.
• Financial Reporting & Analysis : Utilize Microsoft Excel for financial reporting and analysis.
• Financial Statement Preparation : Support the preparation of quarterly and year-end financial statements as needed.
• Team Collaboration : Work closely with a small in-house team to maintain clean and accurate books, ensuring all financial data is organized and up-to-date.
