Supplier Replenishment Analyst

Job description

Key Responsibilities

Inventory Management :

Monitor inventory levels and identify potential shortages or surpluses.
Initiate replenishment orders to maintain optimal stock levels.

Replenishment Planning :

Develop and execute replenishment plans based on demand forecasts, lead times, and other relevant factors.

Data Analysis :

Analyze sales data, inventory trends, and market conditions to identify improvement areas.

Supplier Collaboration :

Work closely with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and resolve order or shipment issues.

Maintain strong supplier relationships and communication channels.

Stakeholder Communication :

Collaborate with internal teams such as procurement, warehouse, and logistics.

Communicate proactively with suppliers regarding replenishment strategies and performance.

Reporting & Analysis :

Generate regular reports on inventory levels, fill rates, and other KPIs.

Provide actionable insights to support management decisions.

Process Improvement :

Identify and implement opportunities to improve efficiency, optimize processes, and reduce costs.

System Maintenance :

Maintain and update inventory management systems with accurate data and replenishment schedules.

Problem Solving :

Address stock-outs, overstocks, and supply chain disruptions efficiently.

Skills & Qualifications

Analytical Skills : Strong ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.

Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication abilities for effective stakeholder engagement.

Problem-Solving Skills : Demonstrated ability to resolve issues related to inventory and supply chain operations.

Organizational Skills : Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.

Technical Skills :

SAP experience is essential.

Proficiency in inventory management systems, data analysis tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Knowledge of Supply Chain :

Solid understanding of supply chain principles, inventory management practices, and forecasting methodologies.

FMCG industry experience is essential.
