Key Responsibilities :

• Driving turnover to ensure achievement of targets.
• Controlling expenses.
• Managing stock losses to ensure shrinkage aligns with company standards.

• Executing in-store merchandising strategy and standards.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction by implementing the customer service strategy and meeting customer demands.
