Job descriptionMinimum 5 years of experience in systems engineering at Tier 3 level. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365, AWS, and Azure (non-negotiable). Strong experience with Dell storage and backup solutions. Solid understanding of Windows Server administration. Expertise in VMWare virtualization. Hands-on experience with Cisco UCS and enterprise hardware. Proficiency in Cisco routing and switching, including SD-WAN. Experience with Mimecast email security. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and documentation abilities. Matric and a relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified : Azure Administrator, AWS Solutions Architect, Cisco CCNP, VMware VCP). Experience in enterprise-scale IT environments. Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and service management tools.
We are looking for a highly skilled Systems Analyst with at least 5 years of Tier 3 systems engineering experience. The successful candidate will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise infrastructure and cloud solutions. Expertise in
Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 3 support and advanced troubleshooting for infrastructure systems.
- Design and implement solutions across Microsoft 365, AWS, and Azure platforms.
- Administer and optimize Windows Server environments.
- Manage and maintain Dell storage and backup systems.
- Oversee virtualization infrastructure using VMWare.
- Support and maintain Cisco UCS server infrastructure.
- Configure and troubleshoot Cisco routing and switching, including SD-WAN technologies.
- Administer Mimecast email security and archiving.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess system requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
- Document system architecture, configurations, and procedures.
- Participate in strategic planning and infrastructure projects.
