Facilities Supervisor Germiston

Were looking for a hands-on Facilities Supervisor to keep our admin block and cold store running smoothly. Reporting to the Facilities Manager youll oversee cleaners subcontractors and critical systems including generators fire systems ammonia plants electrical supply CCTV and security.

Duties & Responsibilities

What youll do :

Supervise staff contractors and vendors

Oversee maintenance repairs and compliance checks

Manage budgets inventory and technical reports

Ensure safety security and smooth facility operations

What were looking for :

Diploma / Degree in Facilities Management / Engineering (preferred)

Proven supervisory experience in maintenance / facilities

Strong technical financial and problem-solving skills

Physically fit comfortable with heights & cold environments

Flexible to work after hours when required
