Key Responsibilities
- Lead the commercial and sales strategy to achieve business growth and market share objectives.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.Proven experience (10+ years) in a senior commercial or sales leadership role within B2B industries such as lighting, energy, electrical solutions, or technology.Strong strategic and financial acumen with a track record of delivering business growth.Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Experience managing teams across multiple geographies is an advantage.Location
