Pay Rate : Salary - Salary Plan, 60, USD Annual
Business Development Associate provides support to the Business Development Team primarily for the Hospitality Division through analysis of information and metrics of current and potential partner facilities. Provide assistance with other service line analysis and projects as assigned.
Responsibilities
- Determine current costs by analyzing department operating reports (DOR) and assist in developing costings for proposals
- Draft RFP responses, coordinate with other departments to complete financials, and complete submissions
- Complete projects and research as assigned by leadership
- Provide administrative and sales support for other service lines as needed
- Prepare costing methodologies for housekeeping sales proposals
- Perform wage analyses and propose wage rates that support market trends
- Maintain customer data and records to support the sales process
- Perform research, assist with contracts, and complete special projects as assigned
- Assist with on-site facility surveys, meetings, and proposals as needed
