What are they looking for?

They are looking for someone with the following experience, qualifications and / or skillsets :

A proven track record in education leadership , preferably in the independent school sector.

Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, with the ability to inspire both staff and learners.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

A highly organized, energetic, and results-driven approach.

Analytical thinking and sound decision-making abilities.

Knowledge of 21st Century teaching methodologies , global academic trends, and ICT integration (advantageous).

Key Responsibilities

As Deputy Head, you will :

Partner with the Campus Head to implement the school’s vision and strategic plan.

• Provide professional leadership to ensure the highest standards of teaching, learning, and operations.
• Oversee the day-to-day management of the High School.
• Be an active member of the Senior Management Team, contributing to leadership and governance.
• Engage and communicate effectively with parents on curriculum, policy, and school matters.
• Assist in the recruitment, appraisal, and professional growth of staff.
• Drive innovation in teaching practices to align with global and digital learning trends.
