Job Description

Boost Marketing is seeking a skilled and motivated Paid Media Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will execute and optimise paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google, Meta, and TikTok, managing campaign setups, creative uploads, and performance optimisation to align with client objectives. This role offers the opportunity to grow into a senior position, with the long‑term goal of taking full ownership of client accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and manage paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
• Handle campaign configurations, creative uploads, and platform setups to ensure seamless execution.
• Monitor and optimise campaign performance using platform management tools, driving measurable results.
• Analyse data to inform strategic decisions and ensure campaigns meet performance benchmarks.
• Provide regular internal updates, insights, and actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with team members to align campaign tactics with broader marketing strategies.
• Stay updated on industry trends and platform developments to keep campaigns competitive.

Remote‑first role with occasional in‑person meetings and strategy sessions in Cape Town, South Africa.
