Qualifications :
National Diploma : Food Technology
Requirements :
Food Technology / B-Tech qualification or equivalent.
Minimum of 3 years hands-on experience in a Food testing laboratory.
In-service training or one to two years experience in a similar role in a manufacturing industry with high-quality standards.
Operating within documented Quality Systems.
Proven knowledge and experience of scientific testing techniques.
Ability to interpret results of analytical and microbiological testing.
Attention to detail.
Good written and verbal communication ability to deal with both suppliers and customers.
Good numerical skills.
PC literate.
Good Interpersonal skills able to work and communicate at all levels throughout the business.
Ability to work well as part of a team as well as under own initiative.
Willing and capable to learn new skills.
