Job description2‑5+ years of B2B SaaS / Tech / MarTech sales experience (Account Executive or similar role). Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales quotas. Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills with the ability to build trust‑based relationships. Proficiency in CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) and pipeline management. Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (both written & verbal). Self‑motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced, remote environment. Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment. Work from anywhere with international teams. Work with a scaling SaaS / MarTech company serving global clients. High‑impact position driving revenue in a fast‑paced, innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end‑to‑end sales cycle, from outbound prospecting and lead qualification to pitching, negotiation, and closing.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent).
- Conduct product demos and present tailored solutions to key stakeholders (mid‑level managers, directors, and executives).
- Collaborate with SDRs, marketing, and customer success teams to optimise lead conversion and client satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed monthly / quarterly revenue targets while consistently providing accurate sales forecasts.
- Stay updated on industry trends in SaaS, MarTech, and digital technology to effectively position solutions.
