Responsibilities
- Focuses on lead creation, qualification and successful closure of Tier 1 clients.
- Lead the sale engagement from identification through to service acquisition.
- Ability to identify, qualify, and pursue high-value enterprise clients.
- Involves specialists when needed for particular aspects of overall sales.
- Focuses on outbound strategy and opportunity identification through discovery meetings.
- Develops solution proposals encompassing all aspects of the customer requirements.
- Manages sales through forecasting, account resource requesting, account strategy, and planning.
- Participates in the development, presentation, and sales of a value proposition.
- Negotiates pricing and contractual agreement to close the sale.
- Maintains client relationships by collaborating with all parties (internal and external) to sell and maintain account health.
- As required cross sells for existing accounts on complicated deals (e.g., renegotiation).
Qualifications
5+ years of sales experience in selling SaaS or CPaaS.Experienced in the South Africa region with a strong relationship network.Engage and influence C-level executives and key stakeholders.Skilled in value-based selling and creating long-term partnerships.Successful sales track record - commission earnings.Ability to open doors, penetrate accounts, meet with stakeholders (across decision makers) within accounts.Knowledge about Infobip and Infobip's competitors.Team player with strong interpersonal / communication / EQ skills.Excellent communication / presentation / negotiating / closing skills with prospects / customers.Resilience, Drive, & Self-MotivationHighly target-driven, proactive, and thrives in a competitive environment.Ability to handle rejection, adapt strategies, and continuously refine sales approaches.Bachelor's degree or equivalent.Familiarity with Telecommunications industry is a plus.Business Acumen. Understanding of enterprise challenges, buying behaviors, and decision-making structures.Ability to position solutions in a way that aligns with a client’s strategic objectives.Strong proficiency in written and spoken EnglishAbout Infobip
