The Role
The Folklore is seeking a Senior Sales Account Executive to source and close sales deals for prospective brand members. This individual will aid in executing the company's brand membership growth strategy, through building pipeline, hosting sales calls, and onboarding members. This is an opportunity to join at the ground level and work closely with management to develop a barrier-breaking, world-class company that will change the landscape of how emerging brands can manage and scale their business globally.
Responsibilities
- Prospect, build, and consistently update pipeline of potential customers
- Reach out to prospects through trigger email sequences and cold calling
- Field inbound sales demo requests
- Host demo sales calls to pitch the value of membership and convert prospects into customers
- Attend in-person trade shows, conferences, and other events to prospect and pitch brands
- Occasionally host in-person events and have in-person meetings to prospect and close deals
- Support Member Success team with the successful onboarding of brands
- Consistently track and log KPIs and monitor progress of your goals and share reports
- Source prospective strategic partners and host webinars and events with partners with the purpose of converting new subscribers
- Gather feedback from brands and be an advocate for member feature requests, working cross-functionally with our Product team to ensure member satisfaction leading to membership retention
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners in engineering and marketing to stay up to date on product offerings, align on appropriate messaging, feedback, and work on projects
