Job Summary
We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Executive to drive revenue growth by winning key projects and managing strategic client relationships in the rope access industry. You'll work closely with our CEO to develop and execute sales strategies, build strong relationships with key clients, and identify new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to win key projects and expand existing relationships
- Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers in target industries
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and growth
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including tenders, projects, and framework agreements
- Collaborate with operations team to develop customized rope access solutions for clients
- Negotiate and close deals with high-value clients
- Engage with Marketing team to provide thought leadership and industry insights to clients and prospects
- Manage and grow existing client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
Requirements
7+ years of sales experience with a focus on key account management in the rope access, industrial services, or a related industryBachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related fieldProven track record of winning large, complex deals and managing strategic client relationshipsExperience with CRM systemsExperience with solution selling and consultative sales approachesExperience working with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver complex solutionsExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsAbility to think strategically and develop creative solutionsStrong network and relationships with key industry playersNice to Have
