Job descriptionMatric certificate or higher qualification. Minimum 2 years of experience in direct, field, or B2C sales (telecoms, insurance, or digital products preferred). Strong interpersonal and communication skills. High drive and ambition with a strong work ethic. Personable and authentic humans buy from humans. Adaptable yet disciplined, with a zero excuses mindset. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and late afternoons (typical activations 46 PM).

- Qualify leads, handle objections effectively, and close sales consistently.
- Maintain accurate records and uphold the highest standards of integrity.
- Achieve or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Represent the brand at activations, often during evenings and weekends.
