Overview
We’re looking for a Sales Engineer who loves bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions.
This is a full-time, remote position where you’ll work closely with prospects and clients to understand their pain points, design tailored solutions, and help close deals. You’ll be part consultant, part problem-solver, and part trusted advisor — helping businesses imagine what’s possible when their workflows just work .
What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with Sales : Partner with the sales team to understand client goals, create compelling demos, and design solutions that fit.
- Technical Discovery : Dig into client workflows, ask great questions, and uncover opportunities for automation and improvement.
- Show, Don’t Just Tell : Lead engaging product demos and proof-of-concepts that inspire clients and clearly show the value of monday.com + automation.
- Solution Design : Architect workflow solutions that are scalable and easy to maintain, leveraging monday.com and tools like Make, Zapier, or n8n.
- Customer Success Partnership : Work closely with our implementation team to ensure smooth hand-offs and successful project delivery.
- Feedback Loop : Share insights with our product and service teams to continuously improve what we offer.
What We’re Looking For
Technical + Sales Hybrid : You’ve done pre-sales, solution consulting, or sales engineering before — and you love combining technical expertise with people skills.monday.com Experience : You know monday.com inside and out, including dashboards, automations, and integrations.Automation Mindset : Hands-on experience with automation tools like Make.com, Zapier, or n8n.Great Communicator : You can translate complex technical ideas into clear, simple, business-friendly language.Problem-Solver : You see inefficiencies and immediately start thinking of ways to fix them.Self-Starter : Comfortable working independently in a remote-first environment.Preferred : Background in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent hands-on technical experience (degree not required if you have the skills!).Why You’ll Love Working Here
