Job descriptionProcess new and existing business applications across Investments, Risk, Medical Aid, Trusts, and Estates. Prepare client correspondence, reports, and presentations. Schedule client meetings and manage the advisors calendar. Track client reviews, fee renewals, and income revisions. Assist in deceased estates and trust administration. Ensure compliance with FICA, FAIS, POPIA, FATCA, TCF. Maintain an organized digital filing system. Act as the key link between advisors, clients, insurers, and investment platforms. Communicate clearly and confidently via phone, email, and in person. Matric (Grade 12) with 3+ years in financial services administration. Strong knowledge of financial products & services. Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
