Job descriptionManage a diverse portfolio of clients, overseeing both tax and audit aspects Take charge of all phases of audit engagements, from planning to execution and reporting Skillfully allocate resources and plan staff assignments Comprehensive reviews of audit files, tax returns and management reports Produce meticulous documents, reports, and engagement files Skillfully prepare annual financial statements in alignment with IFRS for SME’s Daily supervision, guidance and leadership of audit staff and teams Develop / coach and mentor junior audit staff Client relationship management Prepare management reports that highlight findings and recommendations Regularly update progress reports Prepare / monitor audit budget Assess trainees using the SAICA EAT system
Audit Manager

We are seeking an Audit Manager for a permanent role based in East London, Eastern Cape.
Duties & Responsibilities
Applicants are required to meet the following criteria :
- Grade 12 with SAICA accredited undergraduate degree and completed SAICA articles
- 1+ years post-article experience in commercial audits
- Strong MS Office proficiency required and CaseWare experience preferred
- Valid drivers license and excellent communication skills
The successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to :
Salary : Market related depending on experience
