Position Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Senior Delphi Developer to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on developing, enhancing, and maintaining advanced software solutions for the medical industry. Key Responsibilities :

Design, develop, and maintain Delphi-based applications with a focus on scalability and performance.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

Optimize application performance and responsiveness.

Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical growth.

Ensure compliance with medical software standards and regulations.

Required Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

5+ years of Delphi development experience.

Proficiency in C#, ASP.Net, Java, Node.js, and database management (PostgreSQL / MySQL).

Proven experience in developing software solutions within the medical field.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications :

Advanced degree in a relevant field.

Experience with healthcare software standards and regulations.

Knowledge of cloud technologies and integrations.

Previous leadership or project management experience.

Skills Required : Delphi expertise.

Strong programming and database skills.

Ability to work independently and in a team.

Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Experience Level : Senior-Level (5+ years).
