Job descriptionHybrid work environment with flexibility for remote work. Occasional travel may be required for project needs or team meetings. Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in Delphi development. Strong proficiency in C#, PostgreSQL and / or MySQL, Java and .NET. Proven experience in developing software solutions within the medical field. Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail. Advanced degree in a relevant field. Experience with healthcare software standards and regulations. Knowledge of cloud technologies and integrations. Previous leadership or project management experience. Expertise in Delphi programming. Proficiency in C#, Java and .NET. Strong database management skills with PostgreSQL and / or MySQL. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Strong communication skills and technical documentation abilities. Senior‑Level with a minimum of 5 years in a similar role.
This role is pivotal in developing, enhancing and maintaining sophisticated software solutions tailored for the medical industry. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in Delphi coupled with proficiency in multiple programming languages and a passion for improving healthcare through technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop and maintain Delphi-based applications ensuring robustness and scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features.
- Optimize application performance, quality and responsiveness.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to the team's technical growth.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and apply them to enhance software solutions.
- Ensure all software aligns with industry standards and regulations within the medical field.
