Job descriptionStrong ethical conduct and professionalism Excellent client relationship management skills across all levels Confident decision-maker with accountability and initiative Solid understanding of FX sales processes, systems, and compliance requirements Strong ability to adapt, collaborate, and support change initiatives Target-driven with exceptional customer-centricity Matric + RE exams + FAIS compliance (essential) A business or legal qualification is an advantage 3+ years experience in sales , ideally within the property or financial services industry Excellent communication skills with a natural cold-calling ability Proficiency in English; Afrikaans an advantage Highly motivated, organised, and professional Valid drivers licence and willing to travel across the Winelands
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in line with the companys growth strategy
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with real estate agents, property clients, and regional influencers
- Build and manage a high-quality sales pipeline within the Winelands region
- Identify client needs, provide tailored FX solutions, and close sales opportunities
- Support Introducing Partners from enquiry through registration, KYC collection, and trade readiness
- Provide ongoing updates, reporting, and insights in line with business objectives
