Job Summary
As a Business Growth Consultant, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by identifying customer needs, promoting our web hosting solutions, and closing sales. You will work closely with prospective clients to understand their requirements and deliver tailored solutions that help them achieve their online goals.
- Consultative Selling : Conduct needs analyses, understand client pain points, and recommend tailored hosting, domain, and related solutions that enable business growth.
- Product Advocacy : Confidently present product features, benefits, and pricing, staying up to date with new releases, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
- Pipeline Management : Follow up with leads, manage the sales pipeline, and consistently achieve or exceed monthly revenue targets.
- Relationship Building : Develop strong, trust-based relationships with SMEs and business clients to encourage renewals, upsells, and referrals.
- Collaboration : Partner with marketing, onboarding, and support teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and successful onboarding.
- Customer Success Mindset : Provide proactive support, address client concerns promptly, and ensure long-term satisfaction.
- Reporting & Accountability : Maintain accurate CRM records of all sales activities and produce regular reports for pipeline visibility and performance tracking.
- Customer Engagement : Connect with potential customers through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and virtual or in-person meetings.
Requirements
Must have own reliable transportA valid driver"s licenseProven B2B Sales Experience +3 years : Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets, ideally within the web hosting, technology, or SaaS industries.Strong Communication & Influence : Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to engage SMEs and decision-makers. Consultative Mindset : Ability to build rapport, understand client needs, and deliver tailored, client-centric solutions that drive business growth.Driven & Resilient : Self-motivated, target-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment with a consistent focus on results.Tech-Savvy : Comfortable with CRM systems, sales tracking tools, and digital platforms to manage pipelines and report performance.Collaborative Spirit : Works effectively both independently and as part of a cross-functional team (sales, marketing, support).Preferred Qualifications
Previous Sales experience in the web hosting or technology sector.Knowledge of website management tools, domains, and web technologies (e.g., cPanel, WordPress, DNS, SSL).Multilingual abilities are a plus.What We Offer
