-Recruitment & Onboarding Officer – Cape Town (Cpt)

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment

• Collaborate with department managers to identify hiring needs
• Draft and post job advertisements across platforms (LinkedIn, PNet, Careers24, etc.)
• Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist candidates
• Coordinate interview schedules and communication between candidates and hiring managers
• Manage job offers, employment contracts, and background / reference checks
• Maintain recruitment metrics and update the applicant tracking system

Onboarding

Important Note :

This role is focused exclusively on recruitment and onboarding. Candidates must have direct experience in both areas and be comfortable managing the full lifecycle of hiring and integration.
