This role sits at the intersection of acquisition strategy, community building, and lifecycle innovation, requiring a mix of data-driven decision-making, creative experimentation, and deep understanding of crypto culture.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Acquisition & Growth – Design and execute strategies to acquire high-quality players through both traditional and Web3-native channels (crypto affiliates, influencers, Telegram, Discord, and paid campaigns).
- Community Building – Build and nurture strong communities across Telegram, Discord, Reddit, and crypto-native platforms to foster loyalty and advocacy.
- Onboarding Journeys – Work closely with various teams to influence and shape seamless, innovative onboarding and retention flows tailored to crypto users, ensuring maximum conversion from first deposit to long-term engagement.
- Campaign Leadership – Lead multi-channel growth campaigns that blend content, social, influencer, and paid activity, optimized for both acquisition and engagement.
- Agency & Partner Management – Manage external agencies, affiliates, and community managers to ensure effective delivery of growth objectives.
- Data & Insights – Use analytics and customer insights to track performance, identify growth levers, and optimize campaigns.
- Innovation – Stay ahead of trends in Web3, blockchain, and iGaming to ensure strategies remain competitive and future-focused.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration – Partner with product, CRM, design, and data teams to align on growth goals and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Essential Skills You’ll Bring To The Table
3+ Years' proven Acquisition Expertise – Strong track record of driving customer growth, ideally in iGaming, fintech, or crypto industries.3+ Years' Community-Building Ability – Experience building and scaling engaged online communities, particularly in X, Telegram, Discord, and other crypto hubs.Budget Ownership & ROI Focus – Skilled at planning, allocating, and optimizing budgets for maximum return.Lifecycle Marketing Knowledge – Understanding of acquisition, retention, and loyalty levers to maximize customer lifetime value.Strong grasp of gamification, funnel strategy, and organic growth tactics.Ability to collaborate with design, dev, and AI video generation tools.Crypto & Web3 Knowledge – Familiarity with wallets, tokens, blockchain ecosystems, and crypto culture.Desirable Skills You’ve Got Up Your Sleeve
Experience in the iGaming or casino industry.Testing & Experimentation – Familiarity with A / B testing and growth experimentation frameworks to validate new ideas.Affiliate & Influencer Growth – Exposure to affiliate networks and influencer partnerships within iGaming and crypto.Passion for emerging internet culture, creator ecosystems, and community dynamics.Expertise in alternative traffic acquisition and leveraging loopholes in marketing platforms is highly valued.Our values are non-negotiables
