ICT Sales Executive

My client, a leading provider of integrated business solutions in Southern Africa, is looking for ICT Sales Executives.

Sales staff need to attend a compulsory sales meeting / training once a month in the Paarl office.

Duties & Responsibilities

Duties :

• Promote sales and secure orders from existing and prospective customers through a relationship-based approach.
• Demonstrate products to existing and potential customers and assist them in selecting those best suited to their needs.
• Make telephone calls, in-person visits, and presentations to existing and prospective customers.
• Research sources for developing prospective customers and for information to determine their potential.
• Develop clear and effective written quotations for current and prospective customers.
• Coordinate sales efforts with marketing, sales, account receipts, and logistics.
• Establish, develop, and maintain business relationships with current and prospective customers in the assigned Rep Code Area to generate new business for the company’s products.
• Attend to and expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints.
