About the role

As a Service Engineer at Van Geloven your primary responsibility is to keep our production lines and installations running smoothly and efficiently. Youll perform corrective and preventive maintenance, analyze faults and contribute to technical improvement projects. Your expertise in both electrical and mechanical engineering will be crucial in reducing downtime and optimizing machine performance.

You will work in a structured and flexible environment, collaborating closely with colleagues while also managing your own tasks. Youll document your work clearly, follow safety protocols and be a key player in maintaining a safe and effective production process.

Relocation Support (From South Africa)

• Orientation week in the Netherlands : After two video interviews via Teams you will be invited to visit the Netherlands for an orientation week. Youll meet your future colleagues, connect with our relocation partner (P&D-Care), tour the city and view potential homes.

• All travel covered : Van Geloven pays for the orientation trip (including your partner's travel) and your final move to the Netherlands.

• Relocation allowance : Provided in accordance with Dutch tax regulations.

• Dutch language course : A Dutch language course is offered for you and your family to support your integration.

Who you are

You are an experienced maintenance technician with strong knowledge of both electrical and mechanical systems. Speaking and reading Afrikaans is a must. Youre open to relocating, learning a new language and starting a new life in the Netherlands with the full support of our team.
