Job Description
The ideal team player will be responsible to :
coordinate, review and approve transactions on the accounting system of Multi Green (Pty) Ltdensure accurate and timeous processing according to financial proceduressupport the finance and admin functions through maintaining accurate day-to-day accounting and stock control operationsensure accurate stock control andcontributing to the preparation of financial information essential for decision making.Requirements
Grade 12 or NQF Level 4 Equivalent.Relevant BCom degree with Accountancy and at least 2 years’ relevant experience in private sector accounting ORStudying towards a relevant accounting degree with completed Articles (SAIPA / SAICA)Applicable experience in a fast-moving operational environmentExperience in a manufacturing environment would be advantageousExcellent computer skills and the ability to work with Excel on an advanced levelExperience on Microsoft Navision or Business Central will serve as recommendationDuties and Responsibilities
Support to debtor, creditor and financial departmentDaily capturing of bank transactions and month end reconciliationsApprovals within mandateReconciliation of control accounts and production ordersPrepare stock listings and assist with monthly stock take and Item journalsManage inventory and stock control functions and inventory levelsDaily incoming and outgoing stock controlRegularly overseen inventory reports to manage inventory levelsPrepare monthly stock reports and declaration of deviationsPrepare month-end journals and reconciliation to be approved by the Financial ManagerMaintain fixed asset registerFinancial and accounting administrative dutiesAssist with internal and external audit filesBasic reporting and analysisDuties and responsibilities may grow and change as the candidate and department grow and changeSkills Required
