Accountant Position

Solugrowth is looking for an Accountant for our client who is internationally recognized as the world leader in the design and manufacturing of high-speed equipment.

This is a 3-month contract role with the possibility of becoming permanent.

Purpose :

The Accountant will be responsible for managing daily financial and accounting tasks for businesses.

Responsibilities :

• Maintaining and reviewing the fixed assets registry quarterly.
• Reconciliation and maintaining the GRIR – Goods received and goods invoicing account balancing.
• Reconciliations of various general ledger accounts for review by the Financial Accountant, ensuring all outstanding items are followed and cleared.
• Perform bank account and cash reconciliations.
• Recording month-end and year-end journals.
• Assists with the year-end and finance audits.
• Update the liquidity planning.
• Month-end reporting & BPC.
