DesignRush.com, the leading B2B Marketplace connecting brands with agencies, is seeking a Social Media Creator with excellent communication, organization and presentation skills. The Creator’s responsibility will be to represent our brand on social media platforms, primarily through the creation and posting of engaging video content.
You will be creating content focused on our Trending Brands section : It’s the number one source of information and news about what companies like Nike, Spotify, and Ogilvy are doing in design, marketing, and tech. We share insights, ideas, and bold moves that are shaping the industry.
Primary responsibilities :
- Produce long-form and short-form videos daily (YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram)
- Substantially increase social media engagement and follower count
- Drive traffic, increase returning visitors and qualified leads through content

Responsibilities
Create, film, and edit engaging video content for YouTube, TikTok, and InstagramDevelop and execute original ideas, scripts, and concepts end-to-endProduce content focused on marketing and B2B topics to drive traffic and growthDeliver at least four long-form YouTube videos weekly, plus short-form contentCollaborate with the marketing team to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentBuild and engage a professional online community through impactful contentRepresent the brand consistently and professionally across all platformsOptimize YouTube performance through SEO, thumbnails, and high-retention contentUse social trends (sounds, challenges, formats) to expand reach and visibilityTrack and analyze performance metrics to continuously improve resultsRequirements
5+ years of experience creating content for YouTube, TikTok, and InstagramStrong copywriting and storytelling skills to produce engaging, on-brand contentProficient in social media tools, analytics, and video editing softwareComfortable on camera with proven ability to engage audiencesExperience with B2B or marketing content (advantageous)Passionate about communication, creativity, and making an impactAccess to professional equipment : DSLR / mirrorless camera and clear audio setupSkilled in editing software : Adobe Premiere Pro (preferred), After Effects, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci ResolveAn existing online presence or following (a plus, not required)Recruitment Steps :
